TOPIC: COVENANT APPOINTMENT (2) READ: 2 KINGS 17:8-12 TEXT: And they set them up images and groves in every high hill, and under every green tree: (2 Kings 17:10). RHEMA LORD, open our understanding in the knowledge of Christ that there shall be a performance of Your promises of dominion for 2014 upon us. Somebody said, “Prayer changes all things.” Another person said, “When we pray the devil becomes a prey.” Another person said, “There is no defeat in prayers.” A praying man or woman does not suffer defeat, or rejection. At the altar of prayers all evils are dethrone and defeated. Therefore prayer is talking to a deity, talking to a Supreme Being, talking to our Creator, talking to God who is our life. It takes the nature of God to talk to God. It takes the life of God to relate with God. Our God, our Father and our Strength, has appointed a future for the righteous only in the covenant. The Bible says, “Faith is now.” Recently, the Lord told me that faith is my future. When I am saved now, faith shows me my future and prayer delivers the blessings and security of my future. I decree: God shall abort anything programmed to abort your future. Sin suppresses your future in the covenant but righteousness secures and delivers it. The Israelites abandoned their covenant God and went after other gods. They set up images in idolatry and built altars in high places and despised the Altar of God. They violated the covenant, lost their identity, enslaved themselves and lost their future. They forsook their God and embraced other gods. When we stand in the covenant and pray in the covenant perspective, we redeem our future from threat, error, evil and defeat. I charge you to stand firm in the covenant and continue in the covenant, continue in prayers and anticipate God to visit you with blessings of the covenant. Every blessing you are entitled to in this last season of 2014, shall be speedily delivered to you, in Jesus name. PRAYERS = DECREE: O LORD my God, by my new covenant in Christ Jesus, I command every effect and influence of the old covenant to break and be scattered, in Jesus name. = DECREE: O LORD my God, by Your grace upon me, let anything set up to terminate my soul and fame, be exposed and terminated, in Jesus name. = DECREE: My God, I demand total release and delivery of 2014 covenant blessings to the last pin, in Jesus name. = DECREE: O LORD, let anything around and within me, waiting to make me a prey, become a prey and be destroyed, in Jesus name.
