TOPIC TODAY: LEGAL STALL - The ex was given free legal aid b/c he maneuverd, as is SUPER common of abusers, the legal system by perjuring enough info to obtain a TPO (couldnt do it for himself so, he had to represent one of the kids and then, he gets automatic entitlements for the COUNTY (YOU LIVE IN...) to free legal aide in your town. More important then the block and stall tactic used here; he gets the below as opportunities: 1) He gets free representation 2) You, NOW, cant file a TPO b/c he just threw up a block so, all the evidence in the world wont matter, b/c you are in a new town. (The old one has all the records, groups, witnesses, PD records, staulkings...) REMEMBER? Only one can be the Petitioner and one the RESPONDENT.. So, dont be like me...FILE with your evidence or some jackass, will tell him to file a bogus one to stop you from getting the help you actually need and/or are entitled to... 3) When you go to file and help yourself, they look at you like you are being punitive and WILL likely not look at your evidence, in court, b/c he has master minded this move...(REMEMBER THE KIDS AND I GOT MOVED OUT OF PAULDING COUNTY?) I filed an answer, motion, counterclaim and request for an ex-parte, inspite of the above...Its public record in COBB COUNTY, as we speak and observable next to the one he filed containing the perjured statements of JOEY, whereby he denied ...pending, custody or settled items in Paulding CO (Again, PUBLIC RECORD in Paulding). The JUDGE (COX) pretended as though he never got it; even when he dismissed us and I spoke up, Kiley from the Advocates office, Joey and his attorney ALL acknowledged, service, receipt and having observed it to him. He cut me off and would block my statements by stating that I was not in control or not answering his questions..., once I did push. He quickly moved to focus on attitude rather than facts and held me in contempt over the typo date IMMEDIATELY to seemingly block the ENTIRE bag full of evidence I had in his court room to support each and every line of my position. FOR those of you on court watch that day, did you notice that he spoke up on the typo, police report, my attitude, etc... and continued to allow Joey to finish his sentences and yet, would accuse me of going to far the minute I moved to show him/hand him the filed settlement papers evidencing the perjury, by JOEY, in his same court and in filing? He threw up a smoke screen to shift your focus on to me and off of evidence... 4) You, in addition to the block from essential protections, are now being litigated against, instead of protecting from him, and are having to pay and push through additional classes, unnecessary court appearances, etc... as a punitive action... YOU now pay an extra $35/week in classes, have to retain counsel and he gets NO help at all for his abusive actions and to prevent him from doing this to you, your kids, or anyone else. 5) You will apply for legal aide; however, like me, will meet the criterion, but will be denied. You will then be told to WAIT ...the JUDGE (see the additional cost, push and power play) can award you one from the bench, instead of them just going on and reevaluating your case for assignment... In regards to this, I called to allow them to deny me, again, and when prompted, by me, to PLEASE look over again for present re-evaluation, promise to NOT look back over my stuff when I already do qualify. NOW, Ive researched and will apply, AGAIN, so that no one can say I didnt try again... Much like when you all questioned me OVER AND OVER about not filing a TPO on him in Paulding...OR, for letting him back 6) When you go to legal aide in the other corner, you cant obtain it b/c the TPO office automatically gives precedence to your accuser and only can be freely represented SO, he gets the free representation, you get a pamphlet on how to PAY for one and you are blocked due to a conflict of interest... -EVERYONE, it is amazing to me that when I wouldnt talk, I got in trouble. NOW, Im told to be a quiet girl, who sits back, that I should know better than to think that the officials in COBB are more than part of a CIRCUS of political alliances and that freedoms are just talked about... I SHOULD KNOW BETTER>>>>RIGHT? Now, Im in constant trouble for talking and telling the truth, etc... This is all I know to do... and Im already in trouble so, if one other person gets help, our system gets better, victims get helped and ABOVE ALL ELSE, my kids get what they deserve from me... A MOMMA THAT WILL FIGHT FOR THEM, then it has been worth it...
