TOT Internet Service in Chonburi is suck! I reported outage at 9.11 am on Monday, and over 48 hours already that I do not have a call on progress. When I call to follow up at Chonburi call center, i was given another number to follow up. The call center does not take accountability to own my problem and move its organization to solve it!
