UKIP Leader Nigel Farage reacts to yesterdays migration figures published by the Office for National Statistics which showed that David Camerons No Ifs No Buts promise to cut immigration into the UK down to the Tens of thousands was not only pie in the sky... But could never be achieved as long as we remain part of the European Union.
