TOTD: The Secret Service And #EBFAS. I have been watching the latest drama with the Secret Service, and this is an excellent case study as to why good leadership and a culture built on EBFAS is so important. Because what is happening to the Secret Service, is stuff that I have seen happen to private industry, and it is always the same culprits that destroy einheit or unit cohesion. Poor leadership, poor culture, poor relationships with client, etc... And when your client loses confidence in your company or agency, then heads really begin to roll. Especially if someone dies because of a poorly run operation.
