TOUCH restaurant located in Springfield, MO is unreal. The way they treat their employees is ludicrous and most likely unlawful. Working 12+ hours in one day with no scheduled break is against the law. Employee wages, along with hours worked are illegally shaven and manipulated. Ive worked in the service industry through high school and college with 7+ years experience in much finer restaurants, and have never witnessed a more sideways or shady establishment. Given my knowledge on PR within the restaurant industry, (which, as I stated, include much nicer and more recognized places to fine dine than that hole in the wall) this status may mean nothing, but word travels fast when shit stinks. That management and owner ship needs to be 86d PRONTO.
