TOURIST CAPITAL, LSTONE STAND UP yeah its happening this Friday and Saturday at falls park mall, the summer splash aerobics mania. In the mean time we are just warming up, we had a great time last night, I took a class at the Golf club, thanks to bright the local fitness trainer for the warm welcome. This morning as usual we went for the tour of livingstone, we did 22km run with my boy fadiga, it was simply owesome. TONIGHT WE MIGHT BE AT THE GOLF CLUB AGAIN FOR THE WORK OUT, look out. hope you have been exercising guys, its all for your health remember that BY the way Lstone is very clean, with street lights wow!!!!!! energaiiiiii
