We are requesting IMMEDIATE action for the welfare of the animals; a qualified veterinarian to EXAMINE EVERY ANIMAL in the shelter, AND NECESSARY TREATMENTS FOR THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF EVERY ONE. We are demanding there be a MORATORIUM ON EUTHANIZATION (unless in an extreme case of danger or discomfort/pain)**.
