TPS Fitness Tip of the Day: Want to build a bodacious booty? Of course you do...EVERYONE does! If you really want to sculpt a butt you can be proud of STOP doing endless amounts of cardio. A little bit of conditioning is fine but the best two things you can do to build a phenomenal backside are: 1) Train your glutes! Squats, Deadlifts, Hip Thrusts, Glute Bridges, Pull Throughs, and Hip Extensions are all great exercises specifically designed to get that booty fired up! 2) Pay attention to your diet! No need to become obsessive with it but eat protein and veggies at EVERY meal. When in doubt, protein and veggies are the way to go. Now what are you waiting for...GO GET THAT BOOTY YOUVE ALWAYS WANTED! -J
