I consistently eliminate energy drainers in my life and replace them with energy gainers 3. I exercise for a planned amount of time, on a frequent and regular basis. 4. I control my energy level with proper nutrition rather than fool myself with quick-fix. 5. I track what I eat and drink, and observe how it affects my performance afterward. 6. I stop worry from dragging down my energy by immediate taking positive action to resolve the concern. 7. I maintain my energy level by taking break to get up and stretch, or have a small nutritious snack. 8. I sit straight, stand tall, breathe deeply and about energetically. 9. I act cheerful and look for ways to add more fun to whatever I do. 10. I recharge and renew myself by taking time off for play and relaxation. Mission: working from your heart? Live whats most important 1. I have a written list of the most important, heartfelt values that I want to experience in life. 2. I have a personal mission statement that promises how I live live what I value as my code of conduct for everything I do. 3. I concentrate my time on the activities that produce the greatest rewards in each of my roles. 5. I purposely find ways to spend more time each day on whats most important to me. 6. I give every one of my roles the attention it deserves to keep a healthy balance in my life. 7. I save steps by batching similar tasks that can be done at the same time. 6. I stay up to date and on time paperwork. 7. I create a separate folder for each new person, project or role. 8. I simplify my day by eliminating anything thats no long of interest or value to me. 5. I respect other peoples time, and create systems which help them to respect mine. 6. I stay focused on my tasks by preventing unimportant interruptions. 7. I remove all distractions that divert me from intended task. 8. I set aside preoccupations by scheduling them into a more appropriate time. 9. I look for ways to double my results by completing two things at the same time. 10. I periodically record my time & activities to review and improve the use of my time Act now: Results Waiting on Hold? Make it happen 1. I take immediate action on whatevers next without procrastinating. 2. I use clever and imaginative ways to get started on difficult tasks or projects. 3. I break down complex tasks into immediately do-able steps. 4. I use fear as a call to action, and act without delay to reduce the threat. 5. I complete unpleasant but necessary tasks as soon as possible. 6. I apply new ideas as soon as possible, and repeat them until mastered. 7. I take some action to test or implement new plans as soon as theyre proposed. 8. I continue until I reach some stage of completion before leaving any task or project. 9. I keep the momentum going until I finish each project I start. 10. I consistently seize the day to make my life an action adventure.
