TRACK REPORT ...an excellent session tonight with some fast average miling speeds recorded on the 7 x 500m reps programme. Many thanks to Matt East and Matt Stephen (making a welcome reappearance) for doing a splendid pacemaking job, closely followed by Martin Tytherleigh. Lynda Muggridge did extremely well on her first track session; whilst we also had fellow Baggies fan Paul Sully back after a long absence scouting abroad! Because the inside lane is coned off, you are effectively running an extra 10m per lap, so stats are adjusted accordingly: 3590m ...
