TRADITIONAL leaders and village elders in Cakaudrove have enforced a decision to have married couples drink grog in their own homes. The decision was made at the Tukavesi Village meeting following reports of extra-marital affairs particularly between married women and bachelors. The high reports of extramarital affairs between the married women and the bachelors had resulted in cases of domestic violence. Last week, there were three cases of domestic violence arising from extramarital affairs were brought to his attention thus the need to enforce the village law.
