On Thursday, March 20 through Monday, March 24 between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m., the north and southbound lanes on Marine Corps Drive between Route 4 and Route 8 will be reduced to one lane each. On Thursday, March 20 through Friday, March 21, between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m., the northbound lane on Route 4 between Chalan Santo Papa and Marine Corps Drive will be reduced to one lane. Motorists are advised to use Route 7A as an alternate route. On Friday, March 21, from 8 p.m. through Monday, March 24, 5 a.m., the northbound lane on Route 4 between Chalan Santo Papa and Marine Corps Drive will be reduced to one lane. Motorists are advised to use Route 7A as an alternate route. Motorists are advised to drive cautiously through construction zones and observe all posted speed limit and construction signs. Alternative routes and/or adjusting drive times when feasible are encouraged. Route 4 Ylig Bridge (Yona) Construction work at the Ylig Bridge continues this week with paving friction course and roadside works including guardrails, sedimentation basin and drainage system. The activities may change as the weather or other conditions may permit. Lane closures and traffic detours may be required for the safety of motorists traveling in the area. The new bridge is now open with a posted sign of 15 MPH speed limit for the next few weeks as the contractor completes the work. Motorists may expect intermittent traffic delays and are asked to observe the posted speed limit and all construction signs. Route 4 Togcha River to Ipan Beach Park The contractor will start to mobilize for this project.
