Once the fog seal has dried, the section of road will be reopened. Fog seal is additional thin layer of asphalt to help secure the stone in place and cuts down the dust to PRESERVE THE PAVEMENT. An added benefit is the aesthetics - blackening the road, making it look new! Motorists should expect delays as crews perform this moving operation on both these roads.
