TRAFFIC ALERT Josephine Street to Close at the Railroad Crossing Between 40th and 43rd Avenues for East Rail Line Construction Denver, Nov. 11, 2013 - Beginning as early as Nov. 14, 2013*, the Regional Transportation Districts (RTD) contractor for the East Rail Line, Denver Transit Partners (DTP), will begin construction on Josephine Street between 40th and 43rd avenues in order to reconstruct the railroad crossing. A complete closure of Josephine Street will occur at the railroad crossing between 40th and 43rd avenues. Work is scheduled to be completed within 45 days.
