TRAFFIC ALERTS (Multiple) -- Wilson Blvd. (Logan St. to Forest Ave.) and Forest Ave. (Wilson Blvd. to Mishawaka Ave.) will be closed to all traffic beginning 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 5 for sewer construction. Logan St. and Mishawaka Ave. should be used to access this area. It is anticipated that Wilson Blvd. and Forest Ave. will fully reopen in October, weather permitting. Beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 5, 2013 Cedar St. between Edgewater Dr. and Madison St. will experience traffic stops and reduced speed due to utility construction. Traffic congestion and delays should be expected. Through traffic is encouraged to seek alternate routes and avoid the use of Cedar St. between Mishawaka Ave. and Lincolnway East. It is anticipated that these restrictions will be removed on Tuesday, August 20, 2013, weather permitting. Eighth St. from Logan St. to Smith St. will be closed to eastbound traffic on Monday, August 5 and Tuesday, August 6 for gas repair work. Eastbound through traffic will be detoured using Logan St., Seventh St., and Smith St. Westbound traffic will not be impacted. More info at mishawaka.in.gov/traffic
