The Colville Tribes: Dept. of Transportation (CCT: DOT), would like all residents of the reservation (and/or adjacent areas), to complete the following survey, which is related to awareness of traffic safety issues on the reservation https://surveymonkey/s/LMG5PR3 While the survey may appear to be long, the questions are very brief, and the survey can be completed in a matter of minutes, and answering it will be beneficial to the membership as a whole. It is also anonymous, so we would appreciate it if people submit accurate answers to the questions. Presently, CCT: DOT is creating a Safety Plan; such a Safety Plan will help the tribe identify existing transportation issues and problems that confront the tribe, and will also help identify possible solutions. And with regard to this survey, the more people that respond, the more representative the results will be of the status of awareness on the reservation. Also attached is another invitation for reservation residents to apply for membership on our burgeoning Traffic Safety Committee; the Committee will have input into the Safety Plan, and will also exist to help CCT: DOT identify transportation safety related issues in the future as well.
