TRAGIC! Angels was just alerted about this beautiful white lab that was literally dumped from a car and tossed into an abandoned field with her two young puppies yesterday afternoon in rural Georgia. Before the witness could get a license plate number, the car sped off, breaking this dog’s heart, and virtually guaranteeing her death and the death of her puppies. These dogs have no protection from blazing summer heat and dangerous storms, not to mention predators like coyotes, which we fear have already killed a few of her puppies. The mother dog is emaciated, terrified, and is suffering from an open, weeping sore on her ear. She appears to be loaded with parasites, as are her puppies. ALL THREE DOGS NEED IMMEDIATE VETTING AND MUST BE REMOVED FROM THIS TRAGIC SITUATION SWIFTLY AS THEIR CONDITION IS DIRE! Angels desperately wants to help this family, but we cannot do so without an Atlanta-area foster and at least $1,000, to cover basic intake vetting fees for the mother and her puppies. We have been told by the witness that this mommy is the most gentle of souls. We have named her “MARRON,” a variation of “Madonna” meaning, “Blessed Mother.” Once again, we humbly ask that you please DONATE generously and swiftly to help save these three lives this morning. We also beg for a compassionate FOSTER to please step forward or they cannot be saved. You provide a loving home, companionship and food, and we provide a mentor, cover all medical and vetting fees, and provide adoption opportunities to help the dogs find their forever homes. Marron’s life has been anything but blessed. Please change her fate and start your Sunday on the best note possible by helping. No dog should EVER be tossed out a car window like garbage. Help us show them a REAL dog’s life filled with love and care. Donate quickly and generously to MARRON at angelsrescue.org/donate . Foster MARRON and her babies at angelsrescue.org/foster . We MUST move swiftly; the Atlanta heat index is dangerous and we are most concerned about their overall health. Thank you. –Megan (Atlanta)
