Beginner and Advanced Novice Fighters This event is open to the complete novice with absolutely no experience whatsoever. The whole idea is to take you from zero to hero in 12 weeks. You will be matched only with someone who is of the same skill set. Safety is paramount...!! There will be a professional team of judges, referees and coaches. At no time will you be at risk. Advanced fighters The advanced fighter will have some training and background in martial arts and boxing but not entirley mixed martial arts, in other words they wont be a competitive MMA fighter. This catergory will allow fighters to test their already developed skills in their own descipline with a view to combining new skill sets and white collar cage rules. Training Fitness is paramount when it comes to competiting in the Octagon. Your training regime will incorporate Strength Training and Conditioning, Cardio Fitness and above all skills and techniques needed for the Cage. You will be given advice on Diet & Nutrition and the importance of rest and recovery. All this making you a better and more balanced Athlete. For a finish you will have gained new insight into how you should train and repair your body. You will lose weight, tone up and gain muscle. The harder you push, the greater the results.
