TRANSFER OF PANCHAYAT SECRETARY IN NAGROTA SURIAN BLOCK. Kangra of Distt. Kangra Himachal Pradesh ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF CORRUPT PANCHAYAT PRADHAN Satish Kumar 7:50 AM (14 minutes ago) to Office, cmsecy-hp, minoffice, dpokangra, kgrbdonsr-hp, Deputy, adc-kan-hp Dear Sir, I want to draw your kind attention towards the situation in nagrota surian block.Ministers of current Govt. not allowed to work independently to BDO and other concerned employees and officers.They are interfering in their work and due to that villagers and panchayat peoples suffer. As per information on Mr. sudhir sharma recommendation one panchayat secretary of block nagrota surian transferred who already taking care of two panchayat on the order of BDO nagrota surian. But Pradhan of one panchayat was not happy with the panchayat secretary and he met with Sudhir Sharma minister in current govt.This Panchayat pradhan already facing corruption charges and department recovered from him about 45000 recovery amount for misusing of funds. and 2-3 time DPO also warned to Pradhan regarding his corrupt activities in verbal.Its very shocking that one minister helping corrupt person means he is encouraging corruption in the state.One panchayat secy. earning monthly 8900/rs and if he will be transferred from his current nearby panchayat to 70-80KM you can think he has to spent about 150 to 200 rs daily to FOR UP/DN to office how he will provide other facilities to his family members.From last two three years its 4th time this pradhan succeeded in his aim before this also he tried to do this but due to the decision of BDO and villagers oppose this and transfer decision taken back.. But this minister recommends and its ministers PA who called BDO 4-5 times daily and asking why you not handover transfer order. This is shocking for the villagers and the person who transferred and its damaging the reputation of the government that one of the minister of current Govt. supporting corruption and corrupt persons. If situation will be like this how a wise employee will do his duty wisely.If ministers of state starts support corrupt peoples and act as per them means its not good for the government too. Please take immediate action in this matter and give right message to villagers and block officers that they need to do their duties independently and wisely and current govt. believe in progress and not support to corrupt peoples.Strong message should go in the public that government will oppose such type of activities in the state. I hope you will take immediate action in this matter and give strong message in the public that government of Himachal pradesh not support corruption and corrupt peoples in the state. If government transferring only one panchayat secretary in the block and that too on the recommendation of corrupt Pradhan out of 40-45 panchayat secretary this shows there is something wrong. Earlier i raised two three matters in front of Hon.
