TRANSFORMATION How does Gods Word give power to the Christian life? Our Gods Response: The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry. It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it. Isaiah 55:10,11 This same Good News that came to you is going out all over the world. It is bearing fruit everywhere by changing lives, just as it changed your lives from the day you first heard and understood the truth about Gods wonderful grace. Colossians 1:6 I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes. Romans 1:16 Gods Word is not just for our information; its for our transformation! Becoming a Christian means beginning a whole new relationship with God, not just turning over a new leaf or making up our minds to try to do what is right. New believers have changed purposes, directions, attitudes, and behaviours. They are no longer seeking to serve themselves; they are seeking to bear fruit for God. How is the Good News transforming you? Gods Challenge for us right here right now, today is Get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls. James 1:21 AMEN!!!! God is too good that from last nights sermon He prepared this for me to realise the transformation Hes done in my life and I hope and pray that Jesus shines out of me instead of my fiepotz. Lord you are too awesome, we learnt about open tables and accepting the outcasts in our society to love the unloved and this morning this message is given that may we bear fruit for you Lord. All the Glory, Honor & Praises to you alone for you have made the transformation in what was a filthy life. Hallelujah!!! I stand before ur throne of grace uplifting our sisters Meleane Narnie Latu and Folola Hale as they Be The Sermon tonight. Father speak through them that we may not and see them but we see you in them. May we listen 2 ur gospel tonight & may it be a blessing to our lives, may it not just end there but may we share with others. Be with us today, keep us safe from harm.
