TRANSITION - the process or a period of changing from one state or another. synonyms: change, passage, move, transformation, conversion, metamorphosis, alteration, handover, changeover. Any time there is a Changing of the Guard in any type of organization, whether it is in the spiritual or secular realms of life, there is a season of transition. In that period of time new alliances are made & new vision or administration of the same vision is confirmed. For some it is a joyous occasion as they embrace and are excited about the new, incoming leader. For others it is painful. They feel a disconnect, do not feel recognized and just dont know where they fit in anymore. This is not a bad thing! It just may be your season to move on to a new thing. Sometimes God allows the pain of rejection as a motivator to point your life in a whole new direction!! So: Forgive those who seemingly reject you and focus in prayer for divine guidance for your new direction. Something much bigger & better is waiting for you!!! :-)
