TRANSPARENCY MOMENT: Many people have fear of failure and sometimes that drives them to achieve great things. Unfortunately, I tend to have fear of success and sometimes it freezes me in my tracks. This fear started when I was just a girl. I was extremely bright and eager to learn. Sadly, I was labeled a nerd and felt like an outcast. And like most young people, I just wanted to fit in. So I learned to shrink back and not stand out in the crowd, not to raise my hand to answer questions in class, not to share my successes, to just stay beneath the radar, to not own and stand in my light. Thank God that as I started growing my business I was drawn to a few groups of business owners with dreams to make a huge impact in their communities, locally and globally. They not only allow me to shine, but encourage me to. They see greatness in me even when I forget how amazingly talented, smart and valuable I am. Nothing less than your personal greatness is acceptable in this purpose driven, intense group of accountability partners. When I think of the women and men in my communities I am simply blown away. They are doing some AMAZING things and we genuinely celebrate each other. No crabs in a bucket in these cliques!! Today, I want to thank Denise J.
