TRAVEL ADVISORY..... Cuthbert Boulevard southbound will be closed to all traffic below the Route 38 interchange, just south of the ramp from Cuthbert Blvd. onto Hampton Road toward Route 70 westbound (the ramp that goes past the Calvary Cemetery) for approximately two to three weeks for major underground work by PSE&G. This will be a daily closure from about 7:30am until about 4:00pm every weekday. The closed section is southbound only, between Route 38 & Route 70. A marked Detour route is in place to take traffic from southbound Cuthbert Blvd. onto Hampton Road to Route 70 westbound, where traffic will then turn around at the McClellan Avenue signal to go onto Route 70 eastbound back onto Cuthbert Blvd at the ramp. Cuthbert Blvd northbound will remain open as usual. Hampton Road coming up from Route 70 westbound will remain open to local business traffic only. Police will be on location at the closure assisting with traffic control, as well as at the traffic signal of Route 70 & Donahue Avenue to relieve congestion there.
