TRC stand cleared in night operation, vehicles to operate from pantha chowk now. In a late night operation tonight, the district administration got the busy TRC vacated off Tata Sumo and other cabs sealing the spot with concertina wires, reports and witnesses said. Witnesses said at around 10: 30 PM a heavy contingency of police cordoned the area and got the place cleared off the busy spot to implement the High Court orders directing shifting of the stand to Pantha Chowk. The District Magistrate Srinagar and the Senior Superintendent of Police were personally present at the spot and that the cab drivers were asked to operate from Pantha Chowk hence forth.
