TREASURE IN EARTHEN VESSELS!!! And STEPHEN, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the PEOPLE. (Acts 6:8). In the verse above, a specific name was given, that is, STEPHEN. The others were concluded as PEOPLE. Where do you belong or where do you want to end up? STEPHEN was specifically mentioned because he wasnt just a miracle seeker; leaving one meeting and jamming into another, seeking signs and wonders. He did them; he performed not just wonders but great wonders. Little wonder, he was set apart. Miracle seekers are concluded as PEOPLE. Miracle workers are distinguished and set apart for glory and honour. For even when STEPHEN was to die, Jesus who was supposed to be seated at the right hand of God until His enemies are made His footstool (Heb. 10:12-13), stood to welcome STEPHEN into eternity (Acts 7:55-60).
