Psalm 40:17 There is an intimacy you develop in knowing God. Like I have said before, dont only see Him as God but see Him as Father. God is your Father and He is so committed to keeping you, protecting you, meeting your every needs and also securing your future. This God will never forget you. The book of John is full of such intimacy as the writer boldly calls God Father. Isaiah 49:15, says, Can a woman forget her own baby and not love the child she bore? Even if a mother should forget her child, I will never forget you. If mothers as human find it very difficult to forget their sucking babies how will God forget His own? And even though they may forget, God said He will never forget about you. Beloved I want you to understand that no matter how tough the situation may seem, God has not forgotten you and He will never forget you. To confirm that He remembers you always, He says in Isaiah 49:16 that Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me. Child of God, your case file is ever open before the Father. Still talking about Father the gospel of John was very keen in showing us that Jesus is the Son of God and all through the gospel, Jesus referred to God as My Father. What is it showing to us? Jesus was telling us that we should take our relationship with God beyond the surface. It should get very personal because He is our Daddy. If He is our Daddy, we cannot be far away. Get close to your father, stay with Him and understand how He works and understand what He is doing and saying in the now. You cant know if you are far away, so stay connected to your Father. I declare over your life that you will never be put to shame. Before you call your Father, He will be there to answer because you are always on His mind.
