Besides, the team is also responsible for providing other corporate advisory services such as financial optimization strategy, strategic investment, M&A, fund raising as well as corporate governance. Job location: Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Direct participate in providing issuance consulting services to our corporate customers: consult and arrange the issuance of valuable papers, strategic investments, M&A, project financing as well as fund raising - Coordinate with other departments within TVCorp to gather information, conduct in-depth assessment of companies’ financial position to propose appropriate transactions or structures - Collaborate with relevant units to organize and prepare transaction documentation - Support corporate customers in granting approval from State Agencies: Securities Sate Commission, State Bank, Ministry of Finance… for related issuance - Ensure inclusive document/record for Sales & Distribution team to sell and distribute products Job Requirement Education: - Bachelor’s Degree – Finance, Banking, Investment, Science or Law with a concentration in Economics from quality institutions preferred - Master degree and/or CFA/ ACCA qualification is a plus Experience and other skills required: - Minimum 2 years in relevant fields such as Origination & Advisory, Capital Market, Investment Banking, Credit Appraisal, Valuation, Structured Product, etc … - Native or fluency in English and Vietnam - Demonstrated experience in business valuation such as economic projects, real estate projects, production and selling chain - Excellent technical skills ( including drafting, writing and presentation skills) and willingness to learn the industry practices - Sharp analytical mind with good eye for details - Computer savvy good knowledge of MS Office, strong web-browsing and internet research skills - Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize matters, work under pressure and meet deadlines Inbox CV to me pls
