If you werent lucky enough to have been allocated a place in the ballot this time around then please dont despair yet, it is possible that you may still be offered second refusal on any unclaimed places after Midnight on monday the 17th November. For all those of you that have been allocated a place at Tribal Clash 2015 we very much look forward to welcoming you to our beach for another epic event next summer.... HERE IS THE LIST OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED A TEAM PLACE FOR THEIR BOX. book.thetribalclash/team-list.asp WHAT TO DO NEXT? 1. CHECK THE LIST: If you see your name on it then a Tribal Clash 2015 team place has been allocated to you. 2. TALK TO YOUR COACH AND OR BOX OWNER: Discuss with your box owner what they want to do. You have won a team place for your box and your box should enter the best team that it can field. This may or may not include you. If there is somebody at your box who would be better off managing the team then you should give them your registration account details and get them to takeover from here on. Once they log in to your account they can change all the details to their own. CLAIMING YOUR PLACE 1. Log in to your Tribal Clash user account. book.thetribalclash/login.asp 2. Pay for your team place. You have three payment options; a) STAGE PAYMENT: You pay your £600 team entry fee in three instalments of £200. The first of these instalments will be taken via Go Cardless on the 18th November 2014, the second on the 18th January and the last on the 18th March. If for any reason any of your payments fail you will forfeit your team place and monies already paid will not be returned. b) PAY IN FULL UP FRONT: You pay upfront for your team entry fee in one lump sum via GoCardless. If you pay this way you receive a 10% discount saving you £60. c) PAY BY PAYPAL: This option is for international teams only. All UK based teams must pay using options a or b above. You have until midnight on monday the 17th November 2014 to claim and pay for your place. If you fail to do so your place will be re-allocated to a team from our waiting list. Please note that you are under no obligation whatsoever to claim and pay for any team places that have been allocated to you. There are many teams who will happily take your place if you decide you no longer want it. Ts & Cs 1. The deadline for acceptance and payment of team places is midnight Monday 17th November 2014. After this time any unclaimed places will be offered to other applicants. 2. TC2015 Team places cannot be transferred or sold outside of your box. 3. Once you have paid for you team place in full if you wish to withdraw your team (at any time up until one month out from the event) you may sell the place back to us at half price (£300). 4. There will be no refunds for TC2015 team places (either full or partially paid) under any circumstances. ESSENTIAL INFO Team Makeup: Teams of six athletes. Three men and three women. Age Categories: There is only one category. The minimum age of any team member is 18 years old, and there is no upper age limit. There is no separate masters category. Your tribe is your tribe regardless of the age of its members. Put together the best team you can and forget about age. Date of event: 21st, 22nd & 23rd August 2015.
