TRIPADVISOR REVIEW- We stayed at this hotel because our friends were getting married on the lake just a few miles away. Normally we stay in charlotte where there are lots of choices of wonderful hotels. I was skeptical of this chain since I had never stayed at one before. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The hotel appears to be new and well cared for. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and polite. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. The ac unit attached to window (normally i choose a place that has central cooling because I feel like the window units never work) worked very well and is controlled by a temperature unit on the wall. The rooms are set up so there is lots of floor space and table space ( which comes in handy). They have a full kitchen with new clean appliances. Downstairs they also have a lending area for various home needs ( blenders, movies, games whatever) and while we didnt use this feature I thought it was nice. They also have a mini grocery downstairs where you can purchase various items. While this hotel is clearly not a four or five star hotel it certainly doesnt feel like a two star. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. STAY DATE- OCTOBER 2014
