TROPHY TALK...Hello, my names Tara. I have a issue Im going threw with my baby father Brandon & I believe you can help me make this decision... Me & Brandon have a 7 year old daughter together. Me & Brandon both have moved on with our lives & havent been together since 2011. When we broke up, I told Brandon just give me $200 a month. Brandon was missing payments & eventually stopped giving me money all together. So I took him down town for child support, now he pay me $280 a month & that come straight out his check... Brandon is currently trying to buy a home. He called me asking could I take him off child support & he pay me cash instead of going threw courts because its messing up his dept to income ratio & they denying his home loan because of it... Should I give him another chance to pay me child support out his pocket? Or keep the child support order & continue to get it on time out his pay check?
