TROPICAL STORM/HURRICANE KAREN: As most of you know there is a Tropical Storm that is currently in the Gulf and expected to become a hurricane by the time it hits the coast. We are asking that all our residents keep track of Karen and follow all local and govenment warnings. PLEASE remove everything from your patio/balcony and breezeway, remove door mats, plants, bikes, grills, chairs etc and any other items and place them inside your apartment as we do not want anything flying around that could hurt someone. Also, rain water can seep through doors and other areas with high wind velocities. We ask that you put a towel down in front of your doors if necessary. If any damage occurs while the office is closed, please leave a message on our voicemail so that we can come out after the storm passes to assess the damage. If it is necessary for the office to be closed there will be notices posted on the front and back doors. Thank you for your cooperation and everyone please be safe!
