TROTTIES CHICKEN IN MUSHROOM SAUCE INGREDIENTS 1.Small lumps of frozen raw chicken. 2.A desert spoon of orange juice. 3.A cup of mushrooms. 4.A desert spoon of olive oil 5.A small tub of cheap yogurt. 6.A pinch of salt, and pepper. 7.A fresh bay leaf. 8.One onion. 9.Two cloves of garlic. 10.One egg. 11.Ten olives stuffed with pimento. 12.Four juniper berries. 13.A desert spoon of paprika. 14.A teaspoon of mixed herbs. 15.A desert spoons of gravy granules. 16.A desert spoon of dijon mustard. 17.1/3 cup of rice. 18.A desert spoon of white wine vinegar. 19.A lidded microwave bowl able to hold three pints. 20.A teaspoon of nutmeg. 21.Five desert spoons of plain flour. 22.Two desert spoons of tomato puree. 23.A desert spoon of cheap brandy. 24.A desert spoon of butter. 25.One sweet pepper. PREPARATION MARINADE : 1.Add the nutmeg, olive oil, white wine vinegar, paprika, mustard, juniper berries, tomato puree, brandy, pepper, orange juice, bay leaf, and yogurt to the chicken. 2.Seal in a plastic bag or container, and leave in the fridge the night before. BROWN THE CHICKEN : 1.Place the chicken in the bowl with the mixed herbs, and butter. 2.On HIGH for two minutes, turn it over, on HIGH for two minutes. 3.Take the chicken out leave the butter. SAUCE : 1.Chop the onion, garlic, and sweet pepper into the bowl with the olives. 2.On HIGH for 10 minutes. 3.Stir in the egg, and flour. 4.Add the salt, gravy, chicken, marinade liquid, and a pint of water. 5.On HIGH for 20 minutes. 6.Add the rice. 7.On HIGH for 10 minutes. 8.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
