TROTTIES PUMPKIN SOUP INGREDIENTS 1.One onion. 2.A tin of cheapo tomato soup. 3.Half a small pumpkin. 4.A bayleaf. 5.A pinch of mixed herbs. 6.Five cloves of garlic. 7.A sprig of rosemary. 8.A lidded microwave bowl able to hold three pints of water. 9.Half a mug of Scots broth mix of lentils, dried peas, and pearl barley. 10.A potato masher. 11.A pinch of salt. 12.Four desert spoons of sunflower oil. 13.A small tub of cheapo yogurt. PREPARATION 1.Fill the mug of Scots broth mix with water, and leave it for up to four hours to soak. 2.Cut the pumpkin in four slices. 3.Put it into the bowl with two desert spoons of sunflower oil. 4.On HIGH for 15 minutes. 5.Leave the pumpkin in the bowl for 10 minutes. 6.Scrape the pumkin flesh away from its skin. 7.Take the skin out of the bowl. 8.Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. 9.Add them to the bowl with the bayleaf, mixed herbs, salt, rosemary, Scots broth mix, and two desert spoons of sunflower oil. 10.On HIGH for 10 minutes. 11.Add the tomato soup, and three cans of water. 12.Give it a good stir. 13.On HIGH for 10 minutes. 14.Mash the onion, garlic, and pumpkin flesh. 15.Stir in the yogurt.
