TRUTH be told. It is painful that someone like me has to say this but when a chance presents itself, i have to. Most Kikuyus, or almost all of them dont like Raila. Because of their hate for Raila, they have extended it to his community and his family. It beats logic why Railas own blood has been struggling to impress the Kikuyu community by even marrying from them and entertaining them as Fidel did a night prior to his death. When a whole community hates your father, you can not think that they will ever love you. I am witnessing a frenzy over the death of Fidel. I am really feeling like this isnt any more that country i was born in. We have seen deaths of Michuki, Kamotho, Thuo and many more garland sons of Central province whom the Luo have mourned like their own. This has never been reciprocated from the central Kenya brothers who have taken to ridicule and the closest they have been to mourning is to shed crocodile tears. If we really believe in cohesion of our nation, this has to stop. We need to always unite in grief even if we do not share ideologies and tribal affiliation.
