TRUTH of Self Declaired AHIRWAAL KA NETA Rao Inderjeet Singh. Must Read... i. Aam Aadmi Party is contesting the Lok Sabha elections for the first time. We realise that the Election Commission has stringent norms for declaration to be filed by candidates, however no purpose is solved if candidates undervalue or mis-declare their wealth and no action is taken. ii. The case in point is of Rao Inderjit Singh of BJP from Gurgaon constituency. Assets valued at Rs. 14.10 crores could be worth over Rs 300 crores, a quick review of pages 6 to 10 of his affidavit shows, even if Government circle rates are applied. It is a known fact that market values are often higher than Government circle rates. iii. The affidavit misreports 41 acres of land stated to be given to Unitech for development as agricultural land because agriculture land committed to development for building activity loses its character of being agricultural land. The effect of this is that the actual market value of asset in question is hugely depressed for the purpose of declaration. The business value of the land, once a redevelopment agreement is done with a builder, would be astronomically higher than the market value of just agricultural land. In the case, 41 acres of prime land in Rewari and 2.7875 acres of prime land in Gurgaon have been given to Unitech & Krissh developers but is still shown as agricultural land. It appears to be so because the government circle rate for builder land is very high as compared to that of agriculture land simplicity. iv. There is gross mis-reprsentation of values. A premium 2.5 acre farm house in Delhi, which would be valued in the market at around Rs. 50 crores is shown at Rs. 1 crore when even the Government circle rate of the farmhouse is Rs. 20.57 crores. Similar mis-representation is done for other properties. Please see the attached image. v. The nexus between politician and builders, specially in Gurgaon, is evident as lands being developed by builders are shown as owned by politicians. The conversion of land, prevention of acquisition by government & undervaluing of wealth all requires a political umbrella, which is provided to the builder in this case. It is also shown in the case of Congress candidate, which is a matter for further investigation vi. Aam Aadmi Party has just started this process, if all the reporters, income tax department and the election commission were to do a study of every candidate around the country, a large wealth of the nation, which is so far hidden by such politician, might be unearthed.
