BULLSHIT + EXCUSES = NO RESULTS HARDWORK + CONSISTENCY = RESULTS In almost all of the cases above I can guarantee that the athlete either: A. Isnt keeping a training journal. B. Isnt keeping a detailer nutrition log. C. Isnt sticking to the programme theyve been given (missing aspects that appear too hard or running out of time) D. Thinks they know better as they saw *Insert Games Athlete Name Here* doing 200 Burpee Box Jump Muscle Ups for time on YouTube and thought it would be a good metcon to build their engine with no regard for their long-term athletic development REMEMBER - you sought out a coach because what you were doing wasnt working. Change starts with YOU.
