TRX CHALLENGE DAY 2 ! Single leg BURPEE with a PUSH UP! All u can say is Wow these are hard! Want to try something that will tone just about every muscle in your body this will do the trick. We did these for 45 seconds as fast as you can with 5 second break then off to the other side. Who says you cant be fit over 40 and 50? My girlfriend @jamieamblerfitness is in her 50s and I am in my 40s and were still going strong! We are staying on our challenge to get us over the Holidays trap.
