TRY THIS Great exercise for bringing out the detail in the brachialis and the forearms. Use a weight you can control, perform a set of 10 reps of hammer cable curls..keeping elbows tight, hands meeting together at the top..then go straight into reverse cable curls performing 10 reps again, squeezing on the forearms. Then finally do a set pulling the elbows out to your sides, trying to split the rope apart and squeezing hard on your forearm..thats one set of 30 reps repeated for 3 sets. The different angles will target all of your lower arm muscles and give a great look, whether its in your rear double bicep shots at your competition or so that your arms hang out of your tshirt like you been gunning the spinage. I use this movement around 2 weeks out when im fine turning the smaller detail. .obviously the weight is fairly light for safety reasons at that point. If its useful then give it a go.
