TRY THIS Single arm preacher machine curls. Great for targeting the outer long head of the biceps. Creating a higher peak, which will give the arms a bigger look when in a bicep front/rear flex pose. The single arm version will not only allow you to forcus on each side individually to create maximum overload but will also allow you to position your body in an angle that targets this area a little more. You can slightly lean away from the movement with the opposite shoulder to fix the arm flat and in position to perform, as you contract the weight up forcus on curling your palm to the outside of your shoulder so the enthusiast is on the outter head. Here I performed a solid set and when I reached failure I used the other hand to assist durring the concentric phase and lowered slowly on the eccentric, another benefit to using single arm movements especially when training alone.
