[TSUKUNE] is Japanese style meantloaf. Ive used only Wagyu for this, as Ive been seeking pure Authentic one. However,Wagyu was a little bit oily for TSUKUNE. *Wagyu=Fatted Beef defined by Japanese Guideline. For that reason, I mixed Wagyu and Egyptian Beef for a trial. Cest bon!!Tres bien!! that was really amazingMarriage! Good taste creaated by their combination is truly what Ive looked for. Hummmm......Now Ive faced new problem. What can I name it? ;) What do you say to this? ~~Japanese Style Meatloaf--Marriage de Wagyu&Egyptian beef--~~ We made 2 tastes. 1.)Teriyaki style For those who wants to enjoy firm taste. 2.)Vinegar&Miso style For those who wants to enjoy light taste.
