When Samir and I first started working together it took us some time to dial in the right blend of absolute strength, speed strength, and mixed energy-sytem training to optimize his unique physiology for this sport. After about 3 months and TONS of communication about training protocols weve finally arrived at a good off-season strength-focused template that has allowed Samir to maintain his aerobic power while improving his absolute and speed strength.
