TU”METALICY” CITUB ORDINANCE For conducting the Eighteenth NATIONAL METALWORKERS’ SPORT GAME with international participation in Bulgaria “Аlbena” Resort 28.08. - 01.09.2013 The aim is to provide stimulation and to help promotion of sport as a movement, culture, education, health and entertainment among the workers in the branch, to enhance metalworkers’ emotional motivation and to form regular sport habits in them. І. DATE AND VENUE The Games will take place in Albena Resort from 28.08.2013 to 01.09.2013 in the following sports: MINIFOOTBALL – men and women VOLLEYBALL – men and women TENNIS – men and women TABLE TENNIS – men and women CHESS – men and women BRIDGE – men and women PETANQUE – men and women TUG OF WAR - men and women SWIMMING - men and women ІІ. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DIFFERENT SPORT GAMES MINIFOOTBALL /on grass /– Structure of teams: Men - 5 + 1 and 4 reserves + a coach or head of the team Women – 5 + 1 and 4 reserves + a coach or head of the team - Organization of game: Will be played two halves of 20-minute. Changes of players are made without stopping the game. - Ranking: Team ranking VOLLEYBALL /in hall/– Structure of teams: Men - 6 + 4 reserves + a coach or head of the team Women – 6 + 4 reserves + a coach or head of the team - Ranking: Team ranking TENNIS – Structure of teams: Men - 2 + a coach or head of the team Women – 2 + a coach or head of the team. - Ranking: 1. Men - individual 2. Women - individual 3. Men - teams 4. Women - teams TABLE TENNIS – Structure of teams: Men - 3 + a coach or head of the team Women – 2 + a coach or head of the team - Ranking: 1. Men - individual 2. Women - individual 3. Men - teams 4. Women - teams CHESS – Structure of teams: Men - 3 + a coach or head of the team Women – 2 + a coach or head of the team - Regulations: Eligible to participate are also masters of sport, subject to Section II and EPO BF - chess. Participants must wear their watches. The game is played on a shortened control. BRIDGE – the game is for 2 participants Men - 2+2 Women - 2 /pairs game - Ranking: Team ranking PETANQUE – anyone can participate; individual Men Women TUG OF WAR - anyone can participate; team and individual Structure of teams: Men - 5+1 /reserve/ Women - 5+1 /reserve/ - Ranking: Team ranking SWIMMING - free style /50m/ Men - 2 Women - 2 - Ranking: Team ranking and individual Depending on the number of participants from all teams, during the technical conference it will be provided the regulation of the conducting in the competition. Participants from the teams, who will play mini football, should be ready to play in both - hall and outside. ІІІ. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATION Right to participation: Workers and attendants who have reached 18 years old, Bulgarians and foreign citizens, working in the metal industry and other activities related to the branch can participate in the sport games. IMPORTAINT NOTICE: National team players and regular students are NOT ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE in the Games. ІV. DOCUMENTS AND APPLICATION: Regularity of the participants and teams is certified with the following documents: Identity card or passport; Pre-competition medical examination forms; List – 2 copies of the participants – teams, including the names of the coaches, heads of the teams and the technicians. Verification of documents and Technical Conferences: Verification of the documents will take place on the day of the Technical Conferences, which will start at 19.00h on 28.08.2013 V. VIOLATIONS, COMPLAINTS AND PENALTIES In case of violation of this Ordinance or the Competition Rules, the affected parties have the right to lodge complaints - signed by the coach or the head of the team and addressed to the Management of the game with copies to all the affected parties and filed at least 1 hour before the end of the competition. Complaints filed after the deadline will not be considered. In case of severe violations of the rules, the Management of the game has the right to eliminate and remove from the ranking list the whole team. All issues concerning the Games, which are not covered by this Ordinance, will be negotiated according to the regulations of the relevant sport federations and the decisions of the Technical conference. VI. AWARDS: Participants in the Games, who won prizes in individual and team, will be rewarded with trophies, certificates and / or cash prizes. Sports Club, which is ranked first in terms of a set of points, will be rewarded with a bowl for a comprehensive champion. Team which most - greatly respect the conditions of the mutual respect and sportsmanship will be also rewarded with diploma for fair play. VІI. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS: Each participant pays a fee that includes the accommodation for 4 days all inclusive, referees fees, technical conferences, interpretation, medical care, and rent of sport bases, press conferences and award fund. Accommodation: * Double room- 280 euro per person * Single room - 320 euro per person The fee is payable in cash on the spot - in Albena or by bank transfer An invoice will be issued.
