TUESDAY WOD Tuesday, April 22, 2014 Skill: Burpee off the Floor 3 x 10 (work on using your hips to explode off the floor into the Burpee) rest 1:00 between sets Metcon: Death by Burpee & SDHP Perform 1 Burpee and 1 Sumo-Deadlift High the 1st minute, 2 of each the 2nd minute, 3 of each the 3rd, and so on, until you can no longer complete the required number of Burpees and SDHP inside the minute. *Weights for the SDHP are 95lb/65lb **Once you meet your Death, continue the workout as an EMOM completing your last number of burpees and SDHP inside each minute until the 20 minute time cap.
