TULONG DUNONG (TD) - This scholarship grants -in-Aid of the Commission On Higher Education is intended for: 1. High School graduates whose General Weighted Average (GWA) is at least a passing grade and for graduating High School students whose GWA is at least a passing grade in the 3rd. year and in the first three grading periods of the fourth year and who will enroll in identified priority courses in duly authorized public or private HEIs. 2. Students with earned units in College - whose weighted average is at least a passing grade for the last two (2) semesters and enrolled in identified priority courses in duly authorized public or private HEIs. 3.Students who passed the Alternative Learning System (ALS) and Philippine Educational Placeent Test (PEPT) QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must be a Filipino Citizen 2. Must be a High School graduate, candidate for graduation in High School, with eared units in colleges and passers of ALS/PEPT. 3. Must have a combined annual gross income of parents/guardian not to exceed Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP300,000.00) 4. Must avail of only one CHED scholarship or financial assistance program, and 5. Must not be a graduate of any degree program DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS: A. fOR INCOMING FRESHMEN: 1. Certificates of Grades from 3rd. year & 4th. Year High School. 2. ANY of the following : Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or guardians, Certificate of Tax Exemption from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Certificate of Indigency from their Barangay, Case Study from the Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), or affidavit of No Income. 3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended. B. FOR APPLICANTS WITH EARNED UNITS IN COLLEGE ( 2ND YEAR - FIFTH YEAR): 1. Certificates of Grades in all subjects in completed semesters. 2.Please refer to # 2 & 3 above. STUDENTS FROM THE 3RD.
