TWGL 2014/15 prediction: 10-6 10. QPR FC: If the Rs can retain the services of Loic Remy, they could truly shock the Premier League. Remy is a proven goalscorer, but even without the Frenchman, the Hoops have a wealthy background, Harry Redknapp and some very, very promising options. Steven Caulker, Rio Ferdinand, Adel Taarabt and Joey Barton, cant see why European football wouldnt be in the equation. 9. Newcastle United: Tyneside always expects success, and Newcastle have the potential to battle with the big boys but consistency is key, and is something the Magpies have failed to achieve for a long time. Siem de Jong has a lot burdening on his shoulders as the clubs main number 10, while Hatem Ben Arfa must reveal his strongest qualities to keep the adrenaline pumping at St. James Park. 8. Hull City A.F.C.: Perhaps the most unexpected prediction in our list, but Hull have a sense of solidity about them under Steve Bruce, and the Tigers are benefiting from him. Huddlestone is the rock in their huddle, who can pick a pass and strike a ball with ferocious force, but new signings Snodgrass and English starlet Thomas Ince can turn out to be excellent embellishments for the sides second consecutive season outside of the championship. 7. Tottenham Hotspur: In any other league in Europe, theyd be considered top four favourites and possibly title contenders with the squad and finances they have at their disposal, but the competitiveness is too difficult in the Premier League and Spurs will have to be clinical against bottom 12 opposition if they want to end in the higher ranks of the table. There could be a heavy strain to compete in all domestic competitions including the Europa League if they qualify. 6. Everton Football Club: The biggest example of a club that punches above their weight, the best highlight of their Summer is one of their only - the transfer of Romelu Lukaku for a record £28 million is a certain bargain for his talents, and could have offers oozing out of his ears in future transfer windows. Other than that, the Toffees provide one of the best defenses in the league, expect no different this season.
