TWO BAIT DOGS DUMPED OVER FENCE OF GIRARD LIFESAVER RESCUE It took me a while of reviewing since I had no idea of the time he dumped these two precious, bred to death and used as bait, dogs and they came flying over my fence. I have 60 rescue dogs and Im in a county without animal control for the county. I work my butt off trying to help all I can and THIS makes me angry.
