TWO BULLS FIRE FINAL UPDATE: The Two Bulls Fire started last Saturday afternoon northwest of Bend, and west of the small town of Tumalo in Deschutes County in Central Oregon. The cause of the fire has now been determined as human, likely an arson fire. The fire is burning on a mix of forest service land and private property. Homes are still at minimal risk along Skyliner Road west of Bend. An Oregon State Incident Management team is in command of the fire today. Command of the fire will be turned over to the Sisters office of the Oregon Department of Forestry at 6 am tomorrow. This morning the fire is holding at 6,908 acres. Fire behavior was very minimal again yesterday and crews made excellent progress on mop up work on all sections of the fire. It is up to 70 percent containment this morning according to the National Interagency Fire Command Center. Estimated containment is tomorrow morning at 6 am. Crews will continue mop up work on all flanks of the fire today.
