TWO LITTLE GIRLS AIMING TO MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE. THANKS to Jonathan Scheinman for bringing this to our attention :-) Hi. I wanted to tell you about an inspirational event happening throughout the United States. 9 year old twins Hailey and Livy have been working hard to turn each state purple to raise money for epilepsy research. Livy has had epilepsy since birth and has undergone two brain surgeries including a left sided hemispherectomy. Despite all she has been through and her persistent seizures, she still wakes up smiling each day. Her sister Hailey is doing everything she can to help her sister. She is always there for her and is an amazing advocate. Their event runs from July 25 - 27. So far, they have 41 states involved and are heading toward all 50.
