TWO STORIES on ONE-VERSE EVANGELISM: Today, I experienced and observed two different presentations of One-Verse evangelism while i was inside the air-conditioned buses going to QC in the morning and while going back to the office..... 1st scene ( 9:30 am)- Isang babae, nearly in her 30s ang sumakay sa del Carmen bus sa may PTT kung saan dun din ako sumakay. I was lucky to have a seat sa may bandang dulo. The girl who was neatly dressed-up started to open her bible and shared the one-verse on John 3:16 where she gave a a good exhortation and ended up with 2 Cor. 9:6 tungkol sa pagbibigay ng buong puso..sabi nya, at sa amin pong paghahayag ng Salita hindi po mawawala ang pagkakaloob!...because of her boldness in sharing the gospel i was moved to hand in a bill when she handed me a white envelope....after a few minutes she got-off at Turo approaching Boacaue toll...(the end of the 1st story) AFTER finishing my transactions in QC, started to prepare going back to Bulacan and another del Carmen bus came...everything went on smoothly with a Superman movie being played on CD/tv screen...approaching Bocaue exit, heres another story...... 2nd scene (1:30 pm)- isang lalaki naman ang umakyat ng bus, also in his early 30s at ready to share the gospel...ALAS! the boy is high-tech! naka mini amplifier with lapel (mukhang from CDR King)...and so just like the 1st one, nag share din sya ng ONE VERSE using the same verse John 3:16 pero compared dun sa naunang story mas confident yung babae, calculated ang bawat galaw and words. and finally in the end may love offering envelope din. Yun nga lang hindi na ako nakapagbigay........just in time na pababa na ulit ako ng bus.... I REALLY ADMIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE BOLD ENOUGH at DI NAHIHIYANG I-SHARE ANG GOSPEL! In season or out of season, we need to share the WORD... Remember, the MESSAGE is the SAME (Salvation) though we may have different METHODS....
